Under-represented Group:
EUROTOX supports European participants from groups under-represented in toxicology, who reside (Documentation of the affiliation will be required) in a European country where the per capita Gross National Income (GNI) is less than US$15,000, as determined by the most recent data published by the World Bank. The reduced fee will be displayed automatically during the online registration process.

Please note:
- *Members of the national societies of EUROTOX, EUROTOX individual and corporate members are entitled to register at the member rate. If you are a member in a national society please check on the EUROTOX website if your society is part of EUROTOX. SETAC members are entitled to register at the EUROTOX member rate.
- **Applicants for the Early Career registration fee should provide proof of being within 10 years of their graduation date (PhD or highest degree obtained). They are kindly asked to upload a scanned copy of their diploma during the online registration. The collected information will be used to verify the congress registration requirements and will be deleted afterwards.
- ***All full-time students are entitled to register at the student rate when uploading a full proof of matriculation (i.e. a scanned copy of the student ID card or a letter from their institution confirming full time under or postgraduate student status) during the online registration. Please kindly note that students still have to be enrolled at the time of the congress. The collected information will be used to verify the congress registration requirements and will be deleted afterwards.
- Press representatives can participate for free at the congress including access to all sessions, the exhibition and poster area and the networking corner. A press identification card must be sent via email to the congress organization by email registration@eurotox-congress.com or at the time of registration.
- General information: Please note that no other reduced fees or discounts are offered in addition to those listed here. This applies regardless of the interested party’s country of origin.

Payment methods
Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer.
Payment by credit card can be done during the online registration process. No credit card fee will be charged. You will get a confirmation of registration and payment afterwards via e-mail. For paying by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice including all payment details via e-mail. All bank charges have to be covered by the delegate.
The registration for the congress is only valid after receipt of the full registration fees. If you have not paid the fees within the mentioned deadlines, the higher fee will apply and you will receive a new invoice from the congress organization subsequently.
