Sponsorship & Exhibition

All sponsorship and exhibition opportunities are described in detail in our Sponsorship and Exhibition Brochure which can be downloaded above. To participate in EUROTOX 2023 as a sponsor or exhibitor please fill in our online application form. Once submitted, you will receive further information from the congress organisation.

Kindly note that all exhibition and sponsorship amounts are collected on behalf and for the account of the congress host, EUROTOX, without VAT.

Based on the final amount of support, all sponsors will be assigned to a sponsorship level. Please note that companies/institutions who solely participate in the exhibition will not be listed as sponsors.

Deadline for all sponsorship applications is 30 April 2023.
Afterwards, sponsorship items and exhibition booths will be allocated according to the sponsorship level and application date (‘first come – first serve’). For all later requests, we will make every effort to provide the requested items but cannot guarantee availability. – Update: Due to the high demand of exhibition booths, a first booth assignment has already be done and the floor plan updated accordingly. We are delighted and grateful for the high interest in the EUROTOX 2023 exhibition. Of course, further applications are welcome.
